    The Algonquin Founders? Days Festival Committee is comprised of 4 groups that work together to provide the community with this festival. The 4 groups are the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Algonquin Lioness Club, the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Jaycees and a group of dedicated community members. These groups work together all year to provide a fun family-oriented festival.

    Parking Details
    This year Founders? Days will have Free shuttle bus service for the festival on Friday and Saturday night beginning at 5:00 p.m. and running 1 hour after the park closes. The bus service is sponsored by the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Rotary Club. The Rotary is able to provide this service through the assistance of Algonquin Township ? Bob Miller. Pick up and drop-off will occur approximately every 20 minutes from St. Margaret Mary?s School to Historic Village Hall. The Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Rotary Club performs various community service functions in Algonquin-Lake in the Hills throughout the year. This bus service is but one way that the Club gives back to the community. Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders who provide humanitarian service and help build good will and peace in the world. Beginning @ 7 PM: FREE Shuttle Buses available for the Fireworks in Riverfront Park Pick-Up & Drop-Off at Butera Market on the East Side of Algonquin & former Cub Foods Parking Lot on the West Side of Algonquin
