The festival is open and free to the public. It will consist of various areas: World Stage (for international performers), International Culinary Delights (international food vendors), International Bazaar, Global Village (educational village consisting of 8 different countries) created by middle & high schools students from around the area, and "It's a Small World" which is a free arts & crafts and games area where the children may create and play international games.
