On the first night of Summerfest 2013 a showcase of local bands will take place on the main stage as new and upcoming talent performs. The midway will be open with rides and games for kids of all ages. The Carnival will be open from 6 to 11pm on July 18th, opening night. The beer garden and local food vendors will be open for business as well. On July 19th the grounds open from 6 to11 pm. Taking the stage at 8pm will be INFINITY. The band lights up the stage with their unique vocals and instrumentals of hits from Boston, Bon Jovi, Led Zeppelin, Styx, Queen, REO Speedwagon and of course their signature group...Journey. INFINITY covers everything from Classic to Current. INFINITY is known for their outgoing personalities and if you have ever seen them, you know exactly what to expect...if not, expect the unexpected...so be prepared! Enjoy a drink from the beer garden, let the kids play at the midway, and enjoy a summer night out! On Saturday July 20th the grounds open at 1 pm. An unlimited ride pass for $20 will be available from 1-4:30 pm that day. The main stage will host some local talent and high schools'schedule to be announced. The midway will close from 4:30 to 6:00 pm but will be fully open again by 6:30 pm. Then at 8pm join us at the center stage for the HAIRBANGERS BALL. Living up to its name, Hairbangers Ball delivers uncanny live renditions of legendary 80's hair rock bands like Poison, Def Leppard, Guns N? Roses, Motley Crue, Van Halen and Bon Jovi, just to name a few. The vocals are dead-on, the riffs are tight and just right and no props are spared. Grab a date, dinner from our local food vendors and beer garden and enjoy. The midway with games and rides will be open as well. To close out the fest on Sunday July 21st the grounds will open at Noon. From 12:30 to 2:30 Split the Pot Bingo, local food vendors and of course our Beer Garden will be open for business. From 3-6 pm the main stage will feature the music of THE SYLVIES. A typical set by "The Sylvies" might include The Blues, Zydeco, Gospel, Swamp Pop, Traditional Country, Roots Rock n Roll, Rhythm and Blues, Motown, Modern, New Orleans, or heartwarming down on the bayou music. It's all stirred together and roped with enough red pepper to get audiences up and cuttin' the rug or singing along to an old forgotten favorite song. It's good-time music - family style! By 1:00 pm the Midway with games and rides will be in full swing and again for $20 an unlimited ride pass will be available from 1-5pm. Megapasses which will be good for all four days at the fest will be available for $40 advance purchase, or for $50 on the Midway.
