Fabulous Chefs competing with their secret recipes! Gumbo begins cooking at 8:00 am. Public tasting will follow the judging (10:45 am) 2 tastings for a dollar! There is no entry fee for contestants and winners will receive cash prizes & trophies. Competition is limited to 18 entries & pre-registration is required. Contestant entry applications are due to the Manitou Chamber by 5 pm on Friday, February 17th. Carnivale Parade is in Downtown Manitou following the cook-off.
