    This festival takes place in a very busy shopping and dining area. A revamped layout and day before set-up make this Amdur festival a pleasure for artists. Located in the incredibly popular Westfield Old Orchard Shopping Center in Skokie, Illinois, this festival boasts a great following of discerning art lovers. Crowds of about 84,000 attend this event annually.
